While the pictures are shocking many a times the researcher's get carried away and show what would get most attention.
The root cause for this kind of a problem is illiteracy and the poverty that comes with it and makes sure it does not leave.
I have seen many poor people raising up their children with a lot of care.The more educated they are the more understanding they have of health issues,family planning,education and hygiene etc.
But yes the Video does bring out a stark reality which should not be there to begin with.
